Pop Up demonstrations of Tai Chi & Yoga. Sponsored by BWS & Wellness. This is a segway to our Tai Chi classes which will take place on Wednesdays, after Noon Bible Class. Yoga will be in 12F and Tai Chi will be in the gym.
