Bring Your Criminal History Information (Rap Sheet) For faster service at the Summit, bring your certified Dispositions! These may be obtained prior to the Expungement Summit from the Clerk of the Circuit Court for $9.00/case.

Adult Records, Chicago cases: Request your Rap Sheet from the Chicago Police Department, Access and Review Dept., 3510 S. Michigan, Chicago, no later than Friday, August 4, 2023. Fee: $16.00. Hours: 8:30 a.m. - noon. Call: (312) 745-5508. 

Adult Records may also be obtained directly from the Illinois State Police: Illinois State Police, Bureau of Identification 260 North Chicago Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432 (815) 740-5160 or at the following website: state.il.us/crimhistory/chri.cfm 

Juvenile Records, Chicago cases: Request your Rap Sheet from the Chicago Police Department, Youth Division. 3510 S. Michigan, Chicago. Fee: $16.00. Hours: 8:30 a.m. - noon. Call: (312) 745-5508. 

For Suburban Cook County Court cases: Obtain your criminal case(s) information (Rap Sheet) from the local police agency where you were arrested by requesting a Right to Access and Review. Contact your local police agency for more details.

Check with your local law enforcement agency to find out the costs and times for fingerprinting. You can also go to any licensed LiveScan vendor to get your transcript.
